RIP Gay Perry
Green?
Describe a decision you made in the past that helped you learn or grow.
Super Green.
Do it. Honestly, just do it.
Write it. Pitch it. Build it, and they will come.
Try that thing you’ve always wanted to do, the one that’s audacious and “out there”.
And: Have fun.
You’ll be surprised where that gets you.
It’s all in the doing.
So do it.

What place in the world do you never want to visit? Why?
That is phenomenally suspicious question. Tell me, what exactly do you expect me to say here? No, I’m curious. Hell would be too prosaic, wouldn’t it. Other people, then. Naturally. But people are everywhere, aren’t they. They can be such a bother. Horrible. Though. Well. There is a certain kind of villainy, isn’t there, a kind of evil, that defies all sense and reason. A corruption of the soul, the kind that seeps into everything, and ruins even the simplest of pleasures. Yes. That is the kind of place one wouldn’t want to be in. Would you? Of course not. Who would? Now, that’s an interesting question. Those who revel in villainy. Those who corrupt for corruption’s sake. My conscience hath a thousand several tongues, and every tongue brings in a several tale, and every tale condemns me for a villain. Thrilling to play as an actor. Horrible to exist with as a human being. Quite a silly business, isn’t it. Being human. Unfortunately, we can’t ask the person who started the whole mess. Rather annoying, really.

Describe a positive thing a family member has done for you.
“Hey, can I crash at your place for a bit?”
“Sure, how long?”
“A week?”
“That bad, huh?”
“Worse.”
“Ok, come over. I’ll be pretty busy, though.”
“No worries. I’ll stay out of your hair. I just need to decompress.”
“Talk about it. What’re your plans?”
“No plans. Just me, the sun, and the waves.”
“Awesome. By the way, take the red eye, it’ll make pick-up easier.”
“Will do. And thank you. You’re a life saver.”
“Don’t mention it.”

What is your favorite restaurant?
That one eatery with the wilted menus, fake flowers, and bad lighting.
Something unknown’s on mute, flickering across an ancient TV in the top corner. A radio is playing somewhere, you can barely hear the music. There’s a teen at the register, bored but dutiful, and a kid battling their homework at a random table. Pots and pans can be heard, something delicious is sizzling. A woman hurries busily between the tables, an older relative is yelling in the back.
Such eateries exist everywhere, and the food is always exactly what you needed, right at that moment.
Like lighthouses in the dark, these hidden gems are human, necessary, and perfect.
